How do I know which of the three solutions fits us?

You probably don't, and that's the point of the first call. In 30 minutes we'll work out whether you need clarity (consultancy), capability (implementation), or capability that stays (coaching). Lots of engagements blend two.

Can I combine them?

Yes, and most do. A typical path: a strategic consultancy engagement to get the commercial picture right (diagnostic plus ongoing support), with builds shipped under implementation as they're needed and the coaching programme alongside if there's a Champion in the team.

Who actually does the work?

Me. There is no team behind the curtain. If you sign with AI GTM Studio, you work with me. That's the upside and the constraint. It also means there are only so many engagements I can run at a time.

What does the first call look like?

Thirty minutes. No deck. Tell me what's broken or what you're trying to build. I'll tell you whether one of the three solutions fits, whether something else does, or whether I'd send you elsewhere. You'll leave the call with an opinion either way.

What do you charge?

Pricing sits on each solution page so you can decide before we speak. Strategic consultancy from £3k for the diagnostic, ongoing support from £3k per month. Hands-on implementation from £8k per scoped build. GTM Engineer coaching at £45k for the six-month programme. No retainer creep, no hidden fees.

Are you building anything yourself?

The work I do for clients makes the product better, and the product work makes the consulting better. They feed each other.
